Hello. This year I have five periods of PreAP English 10 for a total of almost 200 students. Of those students I have approximately 22 Special Ed students and 30 English Learners. The remainder of the students are regular ed students ranging anywhere from far below basic to well above average. While differentiating i struction is a bit of a challenge, I find that the kids are more than happy to help their peers, providing they have adequate resources. I'm hoping to get resources for such things like electric sharpeners, small tables for our supplies, new tops for some of our damaged desks, etc.
