I teach students K-5 in a special education resource room. Most of my students are boys and are there for 3.5 hours with a couple who stay all day. Several of my kiddos have Autism which adds a punch of color to our space. There is never a dull moment!
I have created a safe, comfortable, and familial space where there is no judgement and kids can be successful. There are times when they need more of my "mom" vibes rather than the "teacher" vibes. I know that the relationships I have built with these children are instrumental in their growth and development.
If you want to help support my class and all the experiences I provide, you can! You can make a monthly donation, a one time donation, or/and support the projects I create throughout the year.
My goal is that students leave my class feeling loved, empowered, and successful. Your continued support helps support that goal.
Much love to you!
