Currently, I am teaching "O.W.Ls- Outstandingly Wonderful, Learners." Yes, it is a term that is quoted from another great teacher, But I truly believe that it is the perfect way to describe my 2nd graders. They are dynamic young learners who need a lot of supports and resources to ensure their academic success. In spite of their humble beginnings they can (and I believe) will use their talents one day if they are provided the right tools.
