I teach all day kindergarten in a high priority school district. My numbers are high, 25 students presently attend class each day, but I have been as high as 28 students this year. Ninety percent of my students receive reduced priced or free lunch. All of my students receive free breakfast. My school consists mostly of Hispanic students that are the first or second generation of their family from Puerto Rico.
