My fourth grade students are from a low socioeconomic background with many obstacles in their way, but are eager to learn and are deeply appreciative of the new experiences that they are presented with at school. They love skits, math games, reading novels, and painting. I try to give my students a well rounded education and foster a true love of learning. I want to give them all the opportunities that are available to other schools that may have more funding than us. The students learn to thrive when they understand that so many people in the community care about their well-being and believe in their abilities. With your help, I hope to help them succeed and show them that they can truly reach for the stars.
