Our students come from a low socioeconomic background. Due to growing up with scarce resources, many of them have never had the opportunity to work with clay. This year I would like to do more than an introduction to clay with them. They have shown a very high interest in learning to work with this material and I would like to be able to teach them different skills so that they can explore the material and create beautiful pieces for this year's art show.
