I am a third grade teacher of 30 students in a Title I school that is in a very high needs community. My students are a bunch of hard-working children, but sometimes have very little support at home. The majority of my students are on free or reduced priced breakfast and lunch. Some are foster students or even homeless. We also have a high percentage of English Language Learners who are working towards mastering the academic language we use in class each day. Funding for special supplies is virtually non-existent in our district. Your contributions will go towards bringing these special supplies to students who deserve nothing but the best.
