These carpet squares will allow my students to work on projects on the floor where for some students they are more comfortable. Unfortunately, right now, the floors are not in good shape and need some PIZAZZ! These will help my students feel more at home in their classroom space on a daily basis. As of today, there is hard floor tiles which are very hard for the students to spend any length of time on during the day. They should be able to sit on the floor to work together on activities in order to share their thoughts and show their strategies. These carpet squares will allow this to happen.
