My children enjoy working with puzzles, manipulatives, and other hands on activities. I have several English Language Learners and students with an identified special need. They sometimes have trouble communicating and understanding because they do not understand the language or they do not have the vocabulary to communicate effectively. Our school is Pre-K through 5th grade. The students in grades 3-5 meet or exceed expected growth on end of grade tests. I want my students to experience the same success as they continue through school.
