Our school is a charter middle school in Wisconsin. We offer an inquiry-based curriculum that has a project-based emphasis. We have 120 wonderful sixth graders from the surrounding area. In many ways, the kids are typical in that they are very active and work best with time out of their seats, "making" rather than "taking". The majority of our students come to us with strong technology skills, but not necessarily the skills needed to make creative pieces of work. Throughout the year, we love to introduce them to different platforms that help them learn about new topics and concepts while creating beautiful projects.
