My students are 10th and 11th graders at Henry Snyder High School in Jersey City, NJ. In United States History 1 - students learn a variety of historical thinking skills including interpreting historical sources, analyzing documents, and participating in a projects and classroom activities which reflect cultural diversity . Projects and activities are designed to help students develop responsibility, tolerance, accountability, and perseverance while preparing them for college and careers.
