I am a Kindergarten teacher hoping to update the classroom library for my new Kinders. The books on my wish list are rich in content, age appropriate, and align with a literacy curriculum that was designed for strengthening deep comprehension! The books on this list will spark the interest of my kiddos, help engage them in both fiction and nonfiction learning while helping to foster good peer relationships and self confidence. Using the to, with and by literacy model my students will listen, explore, retell, make connections and grow. Most of all they will have fun while gaining all of these skills.

About my class
