This year I am starting the year with 30 second graders. My kids come from all different ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Most of my children's families struggle with financial hardships. There are some families that can't afford basic supplies while others try there hardest to help as much as they can. Our school is a wonderful place where people care about each other.
