We live in a small, rural community located in the Southeast region of the United States. Our school provides services for grades three through five with a daily attendance of roughly 325 students. Each grade level consists of four classes with an average of 24-26 students. Our classes are departmentalized and I teach math to the fourth grade students. I have one class of 22 and three classes of 24 students. Each class spends a total of 75 minutes in math daily.
