My students are motivated fourth grade students. They come from a low-to-mid socio-economic status. More than half of my class are English language learners. My students are all at varying academic levels. They enjoy working in cooperative groups and conducting project-based tasks. They are eager students who enjoy learning and incorporating technology and hands-on learning experiences. For most of my students, school is the only place where they have access to a computer so I want to maximize the resources in the classroom to give them more opportunities to employ technology in their learning.
