My students attend a public school. For many of them, it is their first time attending school. There are six students in this substantially separate class with one special education teacher and two para professionals. Most of my students are non-verbal or have limited language therefore a main focus on the classroom is on the students gaining communication skills and also exploring the classroom environment.
