Students will be learning the basics of programming by using an open sourced hardware and software. Using Arduino, students will learn about inputs and outputs and how they relate to programming and robotics. Students will also generate code to control lights, motors and other various outputs.
These activities will give students the basic understandings of robotics. Once students understand the foundations, they will be able to design, create, manipulate and program various robotic systems. This will give the students a hands on, real world example and experience on automation and how it is incorporated into everything in the modern world.
