I teach a set of 27 Hispanic bilingual kindergarten students, who are exploring the world of books in Spanish. My students live in a high poverty area, where resources are very limited. Our school is a title one school in which 95% percent of the students receive free lunch. Unfortunately, because my students are English language learners our resources are even more limited than those of the monolingual students.
