In my classroom my students learn to love books and appreciate them. They are enthusiastic and motivated because they want so badly to be big boys and girls. To them being able to read is what sets them apart from the "babies". We are an inner city school that doesn't have all the resources we would like to have. Having the materials we would like is not always possible.
