My students attend a school that is limited in resources, much like their own lives. They come from all walks of life. Despite their personal challenges, they have been able to excel academically through their hard labor and that of their parents and our staff. My students look to their school as more than just a couple of free meals, but it is also a safe haven and a place to build their hope for a brighter future. This a place that provides them with the opportunities to experience new things and expand their knowledge. It is a place that sets their dreams in motion on the road to make them reality. My students are curious and inquisitive like most children. They just need the right tools to keep up with an ever changing world.
