The materials you are providing will create a space where students can calm their bodies and learn how to self regulate. The rugs and bean bags will create a cozy space. The light tables will allow them to focus on a soothing activity while they reflect on the problem and learn about more appropriate solutions. The sensory balls will be a manipulative they can shake and use to take deep breaths. Breathing in and out while the glitter settles. Thank you so much for providing my students with these necessary tools.
