Our class is made up of amazing 6th to 8th grade students who require extensive support to thrive in the school environment. These students face a variety of challenges, including developmental, intellectual, and physical disabilities, but each brings unique strengths and talents to our classroom. Our focus is on creating a nurturing, inclusive space where students can develop important life skills, build confidence, and grow academically and socially. We emphasize communication, social interaction, and fostering independence through a range of engaging, hands-on activities. While our students may need additional support, their potential for growth and connection with their peers is limitless. We strive to help every student reach their fullest potential, while also encouraging meaningful peer interaction through inclusive activities with general education students.
