Year after year, I want my students to have access to modern technologies in the classroom. Most of my students come from economically disadvantaged households and do not have the luxury of using computers, printers, and the Internet from the convenience of their homes. But my students are focused and determined. They typically have to forfeit their break and lunch times to use the computers in our school library. I am proud of those who make that extra effort going out of their way to get the job done.
