Our students are very eager to participate in any extra-curricular activities. Our 4th-6th grade running club has 50-100 participants annually and other free extra-curricular activities always reach full capacity immediately. Being a Title 1 school, our students don't come from families with extra income and can usually only participate in extra activities that are free. With that said, our students love being involved and being active. I want to provide them with more opportunities now to help build healthy habits and keep our students healthy and active.
