My students need more books! It's as simple as that! They LOVE books! They love reading and they get excited to learn! I am always teaching new strategies that they can use to lift their level of thinking as readers and my students need the resources to be able to try these strategies. I have students on all different reading levels, so it would be so phenomenal to have a variety of levels and genres in my depleted classroom libarary! I would love to see the look on their faces when I present to them all the new and exciting titles I have in our library! I want to engage my students the way they deserve to be engaged! I want to instill in them the love of reading I have and if they had the resources to do that, it would be magical!
