We have a diverse group of students coming from a growing urban area. Having iPads in the classroom is going to be very helpful for them, since most of my students lack access to technology outside of the classroom. Many of my students also have difficulty staying focused on their work. Any time they have the opportunity to work with technology, like a smart board activity, it helps them to stay focused and on task. This is especially helpful in math!
