I want to provide my students with engaging reading material that will help them to grow their love of learning and increase their background knowledge on new topics. Scholastic News is a monthly publication that will help me to accomplish this goal. This high interest, monthly news subscription will help introduce my students to a variety of new topics. This resource will also be used to help my students fine tune their reading, comprehension, and writing skills. It will be an easy resource to incorporate into my daily/weekly teaching routing. We can't wait to start using this resource.
