Many of my kindergarteners come into the school year full of excitement to learn new materials and practice new skills. Going home, they want to continue to practice and show off these new skills. However many of my students do not have basic materials to practice these skills. Many of my families do not have the financial means to provide their students with the materials that they need.
By donating to our project, crayons, scissors, glue sticks and pencils, will be available to families and students to practice skills and be successful kindergarten learners both at school and at home.
These materials will give not only the students, but the families the support that they need in order to help their students begin their educational journey with a truly successful kindergarten school year.
