I teach students who have special needs in kindergarten through grade five. They attend classes in both the general education classroom on their grade level, but come to the resource room for instruction on their functioning level, which is usually 2 years behind. Their disabilities range from those with visual and hearing impairments, to physical, emotional and learning disabilities.
