My kindergartners will be facing challenges as they work towards becoming life long learners and building skills that will prepare them for their future. My students need help to focus on concepts being taught in whole group time in which a carpet area with organized seating spaces will help us to listen and practice strategies that will help build those skills. They also need plenty of opportunities to build on these skills for their future through organized play by using wooden blocks to help us think, build, and use vocabulary like engineers. I need big books so I can help model good reading strategies to my students. Please help our kindergarten class build a strong foundation for learning.
