My students are in a gifted 7th and 8th grade program. I recently became their teacher (in the middle of the school year) and have not taught them for more than even a week. As I have observed, my students are very enthused about learning and like being challenged. Many students are not shy about asking questions to ensure that they understand concepts being taught. My students' ability to learn is outstanding and I believe that it is due to the exposure that they received from their previous teacher and the program that they are enrolled in.
