Our students are ages 4-5 in an NCPRE-K classroom. We have children who speak English, Spanish, French, Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, and Vietnamese. This is the first school experience for most of the children that are in my classroom. All 18 children love to learn new things each day.
They enjoy hands-on experiences and learning through play.
We teach from a curriculum that is called Frog Street. In this curriculum, the children investigate different themes. This curriculum also helps to enhance the children's' social, fine and gross motor skills. The children come in each day very excited, asking "What are we doing today?" All of our children receive free breakfast and lunch at our school. They are energetic, smart, and loving.
