I am an ESOL (English to Speakers of Other Languages) teacher. My students are hard-working young learners in the primary grades who come to school with little or no exposure to the English language, or print media of any kind. Our urban school is one where a majority of the students qualify for free or reduced priced meals due to high poverty. Every day at our school we widen their world through fun and engaging learning!
