My 7th - 12th graders consist of 350 energetic engaged students in a rural high poverty area of Arkansas. This motivated group of young artists consists of resources, gifted and talented, and the economically disadvantaged. The more my students experience hands-on activities that connect to the real world, the more in-depth their awareness of how art and math are connected again and again.
