My ninth grade students come from all around the Los Angeles area in order to attend the Medical Magnet program in our school. Only eighty students are admitted to this program a year. They are all highly motivated and enthusiastic students who come from diverse socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds. All of them have hopes of being in the medical field, and we have partnered with local hospitals to provide volunteer opportunities, field trips, and speakers in order have the students exposed to the many different avenues available in the medical arena.
About my class
