I work at an Environmental Magnet School in Lake Tahoe, California! We have high test scores at our school but a very low budget. The only money we receive to spend in our classroom comes as reimbursement from our wonderful PTA! I have been teaching kindergarten for the last 11 years, since our school opened. Next year I am moving to third grade and leaving most of my things behind for the new kindergarten teacher taking over my room! I am so excited to teach third grade again, like I did when I first began teaching in 1995! I am also very excited to have teach students who were my students when they were in kindergarten!
