I am a special education teacher working in a Title 1 school. On our campus more than 50% of our students receive free lunch and breakfast everyday. In my classroom I see nine different groups throughout the day, ranging from kindergarten to sixth grade. I work with students that have specific learning disabilities in the areas of reading, writing and/or math. As well as, students that have Autism or behavioral needs. My students are very energetic and thrive when using technology. They require differentiation and added support that will allow them to access the general education curriculum.
