I work at a Title I school where majority of my students are African American. Majority of our students receive free lunch. The students who attend my school are severely economically disadvantaged. However, as a school we promote parental involvement, as well as, daily attendance. We are a close knit family that works hard to provide our students with the best education possible regardless of where they come from.
