Many of our 3rd through 5th graders come from minority backgrounds. Our population of homeless students are truly hard working.
While our math proficiency is in-line with district averages our reading proficiency is well below the state average.
The students are encouraged to develop practical skills, leadership qualities, and a love for learning through extracurricular programs like the 4-H Club, Boys and Girls Club, News Team and SOARs
Most students are resilient, eager to learn, and supported by a dedicated staff who prioritizes their individual success.
