My students are cheerful, creative, and energetic. By the end of the year, I want every child to leave the classroom loving books and remembering second grade as a year of magical experiences. My second graders are bright, curious, and ready to learn. They love to hear books read aloud to them. They also enjoy reading and borrowing books to take home to read. It is my responsibility to offer them a variety of books to ignite their passion for reading.
Our dual immersion program has both English Language dominant and Spanish Language dominant students learning alongside one another. We have a community of dedicated parents who support their children and our school community with everything they have.
