I am requesting a 3D printer and filament. The standards that this project covers are P5.1, P5.2, P5.3, SMP #1, 3-5-ETS1-1, 3-5-ETS1-2, 3-5-ETS1-3.
This project will provide opportunities for students to collaborate and create solutions for real world problems using the engineering design model. They will also have opportunities to code their creations and build using the 3D printer. In addition to, we will discuss the various careers and see other professionals in their fields of 3D printing and coding. Students will have a desire to come to school and work on their projects as they see what a powerful tool this is.
