We are a lower income school, so many of our students do dot have the means for extra-curricular sports. Our students are extremely competitive and enjoy any opportunity to participate in different physical activities. We are always looking for ways to create a sense of belonging and learn to communicate using the strategies of teamwork. Junior high kids want to belong. We try to give them opportunities to find a place where they feel comfortable.
