I teach 26 AMAZING 3rd graders with many varying talents and needs. We are in a rural/agricultural community with high poverty levels. Most of my students do not have access to Internet, or electronic learning at home at all. I feel with our fast-paced world upon us and the Common Core standards in place, students are in need of more technology based activities to become confident and comfortable. Over 60% of our students are English Learners and would benefit from simple language word games on the Kindle, while gaining great confidence. I have so many fulfilling activities planned for ALL students to have access in using these Kindles I am requesting.
About my class
