Our students are enthusiastic learners who come from a diverse ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds. Demographically our students are 58% Hispanic or latino with 38% socioeconomically disadvantaged. We are a modern rural one-school district surrounded by agricultural land filled with lemon trees. Our families work on these farms and live in the surrounding areas. Our school has a long standing history and just celebrated our 75th anniversary. When the doors first opened there were just three classrooms with 68 students. Now we have over 650 students in grades kindergarten through eight. We provide rigorous academics, intensive support, and cultural experiences in the visual and performing arts for all. We teach students to create, connect, and collaborate for life.
