"My name is Kelly Haynes and I am a first grade teacher at Crocker Elementary School in Fitchburg MA. "
I have worked in various public schools throughout Massachusetts for the past 12 years and have most recently joined Fitchburg Public Schools. As a resident of Fitchburg myself I was well aware of the challenge I would have ahead of me teaching children in an urban school district and I couldn't be happier with my decision to be part of this wonderful school.
This school year I will have 25 students in my class. Many students are ESL learners and many of my students will be from low income families. I strive to provide my students with a safe, exciting, and interesting learning environment and truly put my heart and soul into my teaching and my classroom. The challenge that I currently face is providing much needed classroom supplies and furniture for my classroom.
