My students make up a 'family'. Each student is unique in their own, but together unite as a learning 'unit'. Our classroom consists of descriptive writing with text details, informative literature, and science investigations. We design a hands on approach in our lessons, specifically with daily math and reading centers. Students are given the opportunity to work with teacher instruction, groups, teams, partners, and as individuals through out each day. Our students also get to experience activities incorporating music, physical fitness, and art. Our school is made up of students from different cultures, backgrounds, and learning styles. We are a hardworking, well-versed school.
