Interacting with our natural environment is a key component in building wonder about the world around you!
I want to provide an engaging environment outside our classroom door, that will inspire student scientists to be stewards of the Earth through caring for their class garden.
Over the course of the year our gardens will provide a place for students to sit and draw, ask questions, collect data, design and do experiments, and discuss their findings with peers.
Added bonus: our gardens will attract pollinators, recycle carbon dioxide, release oxygen, and add a green space for the whole campus to enjoy.
