I am an Art teacher in a "Special Needs" school. My students vary in age from 10 years of age to 21 years of age. They have a wide range of disabilities such as: autism,downs syndrome and cerebral palsy just to name a few. Due to all the budget cuts we have been hit with here in NYC, art supplies are dwindling.
