The Scholastic News magazines will help my students stay current with news that affects them and the world around them. The articles in the magazines will motivate my students to read about interesting and relevant topics that are important. Also, they will be able to take these magazines home to share with their families. These magazines are Common Core aligned, and we will use them every week to improve our reading comprehension, fluency, and vocabulary while having fun! This donation will make connections between the world around my students and their own personal world.

About my class
