My students have a huge potential. They come from many different backgrounds. We have African-American, Hispanic, Marshallese, white, and Asian students who all bring a tremendous amount of background knowledge to our classroom. They like to talk, read, argue, think, and have fun. Our school is a Title One school which continually meets the goals that are put on us by our state. We have an amazing community of teachers who are dedicated to our students. We have one goal, and that goal is to create lifetime learners. We have after school tutoring, running clubs, and even our own school community garden where parents can get free vegetables that their children have helped grow from seedling to mature plant.
